‘Veganism’ is a philosophy of not harming animals intentionally for any reasons.
I am only going to write about the ‘whole foods plant based diet’, which is definitely a vegan diet. But it should be noted that every vegan diet is not a WFPBD (bear with me with the short form).
I would love to write about other aspects of veganism, but I will stick to what I learned the best: What to Eat.
Overall, I am not propagating veganism, nor vegan diet, just a type of vegan diet that has the most research in support for its benefits: whole foods plant based diet.
