When you’re under stress, your mind is influenced very easily. The reason is desparation – you want to get away from stress as soon as possible with minimal damage – that’s why you will go for easy, quick fix, which is not the REAL fix for your problem.
Next time when you’re faced with a stressful situation, remember not to rush into anything in that moment. Leave important decision-making for another day!
